This Privacy Policy explains how Francotopia LLC, doing business as The Franco TV ("we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.thefranco.tv or buy from our store. It is written to satisfy the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).
Information we collect
- Order information — when you buy something, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. We receive the order details and shipping address; we never see or store your full card number.
- Fulfilment information — your name and shipping address are shared with Printful, which prints and ships your order.
- Email list — if you email us to join "First Pick," we keep your email address to tell you when a new drop lands. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
- Usage information — basic, privacy-respecting analytics (pages visited, rough location, device type) so we can improve the site.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies and similar local storage: essentials that keep your shopping cart working, and basic analytics. Stripe may set cookies during checkout to prevent fraud. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart may stop working if you do.
How we use your information
- To process, fulfil, and ship your orders.
- To email you order updates (payment receipt, shipping and tracking).
- To send drop announcements, only if you asked to join the list.
- To keep the store secure and working, and to comply with the law.
How we share it
We share information only with the services that make the store run — Stripe (payments), Printful (printing and shipping), and our hosting and analytics providers — and only as needed to serve you. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from drop emails at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no industry standard for responding to it, so we do not currently change our behavior based on that signal.
Children
The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
