Every item from The Franco TV (Francotopia LLC) is printed to order by Printful and shipped from the USA.

Production time

Because each piece is made for you, please allow 2 to 5 business days for production before your order ships. Shipping time is added on top of that and depends on your destination.

Shipping rates

• United States: $5.99 flat
• International: $14.99 flat

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Returns & replacements

We want you to be happy with what you get.

• Misprinted, damaged, or defective items are replaced free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Just email us a photo of the issue and your order number, and we will make it right.
• No change-of-mind returns. Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or a change of mind. Please check the size guide before you order.
• Wrong address: if a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we can reship it for the cost of shipping.

Lost in transit

If your tracking shows a package as lost or stuck, contact us and we will work with the carrier and Printful to resolve it.
