These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.thefranco.tv and any purchase you make from our store, operated by Francotopia LLC, doing business as The Franco TV ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate order and shipping information.

Products and pricing

Every item is printed to order. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Product photos and mockups are representations; slight variation in color and placement is normal for printed goods. We may correct errors, and cancel and refund an order if a product was listed with an obviously wrong price or description.

Orders and payment

Payment is handled by Stripe. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when payment succeeds and we begin production. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or the order looks fraudulent) and refund you.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping, returns, and replacements are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The designs, artwork, logos, videos, and text on this site belong to Francotopia LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or resold without permission.

Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Francotopia LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version.
